Enjoyed that the hotel was luxury and had genuinely friendly staff with good service. The location was fantastic and stunning for exploring this vibrant area, just next door to ancient ruins of Seoul and Seoul for business and a subway and easy access to anywhere in Seoul. I ate in the Michelin-starred restaurant nearby.

Location just off centre of the city and so many attractions with in 2 miles, dining options and the several restaurants. Also, near to subway station.

It had particularly good and unbeatable location close to Seoul City Wall. I ate in the Michelin star rated restaurant nearby.

Modern hotel, I liked superb breakfast!
It was the best of Seoul hotels I visited before now. The location was good, for example, Cheonggyecheon Stream was not very far from the hotel.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect yet it was close to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. It was close to a palace and a tower too. The restaurant was outstanding for dinner here, I had excellent dishes.

Gym was spacious and well-equipped, offering stunning views. Pool was perfect for relaxation. Every restaurant served delicious food, especially the buffet. Staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The spa was superb and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Liked the convenient location near Gwanghwamun Station and the fact that the airport limousine dropped us right in front of the hotel. The hotel's amenities, including the indoor vitality pool and lap pool, were amazing. The non-smoking atmosphere and complimentary hotel car were additional advantages that enhanced our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of choices and the quiet ambiance of the hotel was very relaxing.
Disliked the chaotic check-in process and lack of personal attention from the staff. Language barriers made communication difficult and it felt like some staff members were not understanding our needs.
